Ecological Marine Adventres (EMA) is a Marine Education Center that specilizes in hands-on, in the field education adventures for children and families.
Here at EMA we belive that hands-on learning is the best kind of learning! Our programs ignite children's natural curiosity in the world around them while providing them the knowlage and tools to preserve, protect, and enjoy our environment for the future!
Ecological Marine Adventures opperates our own small community AQUARIUM / Marine Exploration Lab. Our Aquarium is FREE and open to the public year round. We offer the local and vacationing community the oppertunity to learn and learn and grow together.
We are located at 912 South Anderson Blvd. Topsail Beach NC
We offer a fun, exciting, and educational activities, classes, and programs for LOCAL and VACATIONING year round.

- After School Science Adventures (Tuesdays 3:15-5:15 Kids ages 5-12)
- Toddler Science Class (Mondays 9:00-12:00 Kids ages 3-5)
- Surf 'n' Science Class (Wednesdays 3:15-5:15 Kids ages 5-12)
- Saturday Surf 'n' Science (Saturdays 8:00-10:00 Kids ages 5-12)

11 Weeks of classes / Start June 10 and run through August 24

- Kids Marine Science Class M/W/F 9:00-12:00 for 3 weeks (kids 5-11)
- Kids Marine Science Class M/W/F 2:00-5:00 for 3 weeks (kids 5-11)
- Kids Marine Science Class M/W/F 9:00-2:00 for 2 weeks (kids 5-11)
- Marine Exploration Class Thursdays 9:00-2:00 (1 day class for kids 7-11)
- Jr Marine Exploration Class Tuesdays 9:00-12:00 (1 day class for kids 4-7)
- Surf 'n' Science Class Saturday 8:00-10:00 for 10 weeks (kids 5-12)
- Surf Camp M/W/F 9:00-12:00 or T/TH/S 9:00-12:00 1 Week July 1-6 (kids 5-12)
Other Programs Avaliable:
- FREE Community Marine Science Class ( 1 Day 1 Hr Kids 3-Adults)
- FREE Aquarium / Marine Lab Hours (Call or email for Fall Aquarium Schedule)
